With over 30 years of experience in the field of executive non-profit management, community engagement, and fund development, Lori is committed to building the capacity of communities and non-profit organizations to achieve their goals.

To further expand her mission, Lori has recently launched Unique Strategies Consulting based in

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Previously, Lori was the founding executive director of a non profit

focused on offering afterschool programming for over 4,000 underserved teens for nearly 20 years.

Jonquil is an experienced, enthusiastic non-profit innovator with a commitment to creative solutions that celebrate culture and embrace community strengths.

 A catalyst for changing the paradigm of traditional programming to represent diverse perspectives, Jonquil has successfully developed curriculum for out-of-school time learning, as well as championed diverse leadership development for arts programs. With her strong communication skills, Jonquil has experience engaging individual donors and outreaching to cultivate stakeholders and members. 

With a Master’s in Museum Administration and a Bachelor’s in History with a focus in African culture, Jonquil works to offer unique approaches and inclusive frameworks that increase organizational support and impact.
